5. Identity Verification

At Riddo, we take identity verification seriously. We follow strong Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to help prevent fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.

To open a Riddo account, you’ll need to provide some personal details and documents. The exact information we ask for depends on the deposit or withdrawal limits you want. In some cases, we may carry out more detailed checks. By using Riddo, you agree that you may go through these checks at any time.

Riddo may:

  • Temporarily limit or pause your account if we need to do more identity checks
  • Close your account if you give false information or refuse to provide the documents we request
  • Please note that these checks may delay access to your account or the ability to make transactions while we verify your information.

Riddo is required by law to keep records of identity verification documents, even after you close your account. You agree that we may store this information for as long as necessary under the law.

6. Riddo Wallet

Your Riddo Wallet lets you send, receive, and store supported digital currencies.

You can only transact with digital currencies that Riddo officially supports. If you send or receive an unsupported currency or send to the wrong wallet address type those funds may be lost and unrecoverable.

Funds in your local currency wallet can only be used to withdraw to your linked bank account. If you sell a supported digital currency, the value (minus fees) will be credited to your local currency wallet. Riddo does not pay interest on wallet balances. You’re responsible for ensuring transaction details are correct before submitting.

Only send supported currencies to their matching wallet addresses. Funds sent incorrectly may be lost. You agree that you have no right to keep any fiat or digital currency sent to you by mistake (including double deposits) and must return it immediately as instructed by Riddo. Riddo may recover such funds and take legal action if you fail to return them. You also agree to cover all related costs if Riddo has to recover the funds from you

7. Deposit

Once your identity is verified, you can deposit local currency into your Riddo Wallet by transferring money to a designated bank account.

The bank account details will be provided by Riddo. Riddo may share your information with a third party to process your deposit. Supported deposit methods may vary and will be disclosed.

To avoid transaction failures, you must:

  • Use only your personal bank account or another approved method in your name.
  • Deposit only in your wallet’s local currency.

Always include the required reference number or unique deposit amount when making a transfer. Riddo is not responsible for failed or delayed deposits caused by missing information or non-compliance.

If you don’t follow these rules, your deposit may be delayed, rejected, or your account suspended.

8. Withdrawals

Once you’ve added your local bank account to your Riddo Wallet, you can withdraw funds to it. Riddo will follow your instructions, but you're fully responsible for making sure all bank details are accurate. Riddo will not reverse or change any withdrawal if the details are wrong.

Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not allowed. Any attempt to do so may be blocked and could lead to your account being restricted or closed.
