When you send supported crypto to your Riddo wallet address, it is converted to its Naira equivalent and credited to your Riddo balance.
How long does it take to receive my Naira?
Processing time depends on the asset, network and transaction status. You can track the transaction in the app and will be notified once it is completed.
How do I withdraw money from Riddo?
Add or select your Nigerian bank account, enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the transaction. Your withdrawal status will be shown in the app.
Why do I need to complete KYC?
Identity verification helps us keep your account secure, prevent fraud and meet applicable regulatory requirements.
